      Pros

      The money isnt bad and guest are ok. The GM is really nice and 2 other out of 7 are ok. coorporate is always there to help, not all the stores are messed up.

      Cons

      managers go back on what they say numerous times, everyone is out to get each-other, veteran servers have been leaving left and right since new management has been coming through. 3 table sections has really effected money flow, because they don't know how to hire people with experience. they just let the new train the new. HMM they wonder why its all going down hill. There are always so many holes!!!!!!!! Work on scheduling!!!! ALSO MANAGERS NEED TO KEEP THEIR LIVES SEPARATE FROM EMPLOYEES. STOP GOING OUT AND DRINKING AND HANGING OUT PRIVATELY. THAT'S BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.

      Pros

      Nice management. Lower tipout to busser and bar, so take home a larger portion of my tips than some other restaurants. Uniform flexible, any pants we want as long as we wear a Chuy's logo shirt (all emplyees get multiple in different colors). Customers are mostly nice and easy-going. There were also opportunities to move up and step into management for servers which was nice.

      Cons

      Low priced menu items, so lower tips in comparison to more expensive restaurants in the area. Sometimes was a lot of work for the pay (had sidework like cleaning machines and tables, then always had to refill chips and sauces and customers didn't pay for those unless it was queso so some of the labor felt "for free"
