- They are 10 years behind in everything - D&I, technology, employee suport - Leadership has no strategic vision, resulting in 20+ strategic "priorities" in any given year - Leadership sets growth goals - but is not willing to invest - Plagued by short term thinking - No one take responsibility for anything, including leadership. Lots of blaming others. - Employees are pushed beyond capacity and are still expected to take on more and more. - No employee development - They are obsessed with being "lean" - resulting in a growing business without the people to run it. - D&I gets lip service, while the same white men are promoted over and over.
