In regard to the recent staffing actions you mention, please remember our Voluntary Retirement Incentive, offered to a group of employees last fall, was voluntary. Qualifying employees could accept the offer or remain in their roles – it was their choice. Other staffing actions have impacted a very small number of roles that were no longer needed to support our long-term business strategy and goals. Employees in those roles were encouraged to apply for other positions within the company. Those who left Church Mutual received severance benefits, reflecting our appreciation for their skills and service.
