Cons
A shambolic operation run by a Principal who is arrogant, narcissistic and systematically degrades female interns and employees. The whole place is an old fashioned boiler room, putting companies into the "Chrystal lobster pot" and selling terrible deals to investors with no scruples whatsoever. None of the Partners have any real financial acumen and they work us very hard to make stuff up and smile and dial. A toxic boys culture and one in which the partners regularly disparage their clients and investors. No place to build a career.
