Pros
Working at Chronicle has allowed me to develop my IT skills greatly, and to work in a very friendly team-based environment, with lots of room to grow and adapt both new and old skills.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the long commute time, however, this is more of my own issue as I currently don't own a vehicle and have to commute using public transport.
