Pros
Great place to work if you have children, flexible working, including working from home, very good and lifting atmosphere around Christian Aid Week, passionate people about faith and eradicating poverty.
Cons
The organisation values relationships over performance, lacks vision, many restructures and redundancies have left employees having to work twice as hard. Two many managers changing direction every 12 months.
