      - great colleagues -generally workplace environment - increase in focus on treating the WHOLE person rather than just the symptoms , integrated care structure is starting to form -perks include regular "treats" (ice cream, cupcakes, produce vouchers, all staff days, -training reimbursement

      -heavy workload -poor support company wide from management -poor follow through with program development

      Pros

      I like to stay busy so this position is perfect for me. I like getting to talk to and building rapport's with the patients. My teammates all pitch in wherever we are needed. And, Choptank treats us very well.
