My experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative due to its toxic work culture and lack of care for employee well-being. Despite presenting itself as a forward-thinking organization, it operates more like a corporate sweatshop, where employees are treated as expendable resources rather than valued individuals. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent, with unreasonable expectations placed on staff, often leading to burnout. One of the most glaring issues is the company's complete lack of organization and poor communication across teams. There is little to no coordination between departments, and employees are often left scrambling to meet unrealistic deadlines due to management's inability to provide clear direction. This disorganization filters down to every level, creating a chaotic and stressful work environment. The high employee turnover speaks volumes about the underlying issues. With a revolving door of talent, it becomes clear that the company values productivity over people, and the high attrition rate is a direct result of its failure to foster a supportive and sustainable work culture. Instead of addressing the root causes of dissatisfaction, the company seems content to cycle through employees, replacing them without making meaningful improvements.
