So many cons where do I start? Management changed over several times in the last 3 years but the CEO continues to blame everyone else for his failures. Their clients are looking for skilled leadership to grow their business but what they receive is the industry's worst practices, dishonesty, and a losing atmosphere. More than 200 people came and left in the last 2 years, is it really their fault? The answer will be "we're going through dramatic change that will better the company," but the truth is the executive team doesn't have a clue. What has been implemented to improve the culture? What have you done to grow the business? What have you done to enhance your client's experience? Improve service? Cut costs (losing business isn't real cost cutting)?
