Pros

Very few. Okay pay, okay PTO.

Cons

Inadequate Training: The lack of a structured training program speaks volumes about the company's disregard for employee development. My so-called "training" consisted of a measly two days shadowing another employee, who was likely just as clueless as I was. Despite my repeated requests for additional training over three long months, promises were made but never fulfilled. It's as if the company actively avoids investing in the competence of its workforce. Management Indifference: Dealing with clients' inadequacies and aggression was an everyday occurrence, made worse by the utter lack of support from management. Instead of addressing issues head-on, management adopted a "suck it up and move on" attitude, leaving employees to fend for themselves in hostile client interactions. This not only undermined our ability to perform but also eroded morale and job satisfaction. Nepotism Runs Rampant: The company culture reeked of favoritism and cronyism, with a staggering 80% of the management team comprised of relatives or close associates. This blatant nepotism fostered an environment reminiscent of a high-school clique, where promotions and opportunities were reserved for the chosen few, regardless of merit. Meanwhile, the rest of us languished in stagnation, feeling like outsiders in our own workplace. Toxic Work Environment: A particularly egregious incident epitomized the toxic atmosphere pervading the workplace. Just before my departure, a manager's slip-up resulted in a humiliating display of internal chastisement broadcasted to the entire team. Witnessing such unprofessional behavior from those in leadership positions only reinforced the culture of fear and distrust among employees.
