      Pros

      The leadership is always trying to do better, reassessing and reevaluating the changes. Choice does a good job of maintaining and supporting diversity without making it a distraction. Allowing different groups to form and host/create events for exposure while not forcing participation. (most events are welcome and well attended)

      Cons

      As with many large companies that have grown organically, institutional knowledge is still very important and not always well documented.

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
