Pros
Financially rewarding, self-directed, and relatively easy and straightforward, the work can be satisfying on its own. Choice is a very sales-centric organization, which makes most of its sales force quite happy. There are also some great people working at Choice.
Cons
There is an extreme lack of corporate culture, at least as observed from a field-based position. Also, the frequent reorganizations were a bit disruptive at times, and there were constantly rumors regarding internal politics and personnel changes. But the biggest issue, perhaps as a result of those previous ones, is a lack of emphasis on team collaboration amongst the sales staff and between departments that rely regularly on each other for information and assistance. And finally, professional development opportunities are not readily available in some departments, such as sales and property support.
