Pros
The trainers are very helpful and friendly. Most of the managers also have a positive attitude about the position. Working from home is a big benefit, but downtime is monitored closely. The corporate office is very nice and easily accessible from the north side of Phoenix / Scottsdale. Pay is good if you are desperate for a job.
Cons
The customers are tough to deal with. Most of the calls are valid complaints, and there is only so much you can do. Many customers are unhappy with your solutions, and dealing with the hotel managers is sometimes as bad as the customers themselves. Turn over is very high! Nearly every person in my training class left within 3 months. The people who stay are treated as if they are replacable. I would suggest having nerves of steel if you wants this job.
