Pros
Former team members were friendly and nice
Cons
- Human rights violated; was urged to be present at a non urgent meeting while i was terribly sick (on a sick leave) - Nonsense regulations; members were forced to offer free meals for being late, management grades senior would even verbally abuse the punished - Leaders incapability; it is well understood that the company is a start-up, but the “leaders” were not experienced nor humble, no time has been spent on efficient meetings - Management grades seniors claimed they’re open-minded but i witnessed large argument in product team meeting quite a lot - Work-life imbalance; urgent tasks were assigned every day provided that each of us is already overloaded, employees were requested to work on public holidays without ANY compensations - Complex working atmosphere; management-grade seniors spreading rumours of different employees - Claimed as a start-up, but definitely a SME style company - Need to be a sycophant to fit in the company culture - No trust, micro-management - Was told by manager(not hr) that stomachache is not a reason to apply sick leave and was asked to change my whole day sick leave to half day sick leave - Most of the employees are disposable except management team - No clear goals/ goals change all the time - Too many cons can't list out all
