We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling unsupported, this is far below the standard we set for ourselves, and we’re disappointed to know we missed the mark. While we can’t change how you felt during your time with us, we sincerely appreciate you speaking up, and we take your perspective seriously.
Over the past few years, our company and product have evolved rapidly, and with that growth have come significant organisational changes. As we’ve scaled, we’ve had to introduce more consistent frameworks that comply with regional regulations and more importantly, ensure fairness and clarity in how we operate across the team. We however, recognise that these changes can also feel impersonal if not handled with care.
We are actively working to improve how we engage with employees (from exit interviews to feedback channels) and your input reinforces why this work is so important. Our goal is to create a workplace where people feel valued, heard, and supported at every stage of their journey here.
