The pay and short work hours, the boss lets everyone go home early every day because there is no work to do other than helping him figure out where he wants to go for lunch.

The work environment is very awkward, inefficient, negative, and overall unpleasant. Don't expect any growth to occur here. The two guys running this "business" are a joke and frankly they are extremely creepy and weird. No one does any work here, but instead sit around and play on the internet and watch you tube videos. What work does get done is a joke. I was treated really poorly here and rather than go into detail and further disclose my identity, I would just say that it is best to not make any long term arrangements surrounding this employment. It was a very negative experience overall and I am very thankful that it is over. I have never been so disrespected and made to feel so awkward by any employer. This doesn't even seem like a real business. Apparently it is run on money contributed my investors. What a poor investment if you ask me, who knows what goes on behind closed doors with this place. After my employment there ended I was contacted by other former employees who also told me their horror stories. I would stay FAR FAR away from anyone affiliated with this company.

They will suck you in with the salary and benefits, but will not be able to deliver

It’s only a matter of time before this company goes down for good. It is the most unprofessional workplace you will ever experience. The management is focused on gossip rather than anything slightly work related. There is no honesty between employees and management here. If paychecks do not clear, they will ensure you there is a valid reason behind it (usually being the “bank’s fault”) and convince you the funds are there, when they are clearly not. Employees have gone months without pay on several occasions. Many employees have been treated very poorly here as well, solely based upon personal opinions and rumors. The pay and benefits are great, but they are not consistent nor worth it. Any job here will not advance your career or benefit you in any way (except maybe teach you how to deal with very difficult personalities.) This company tends to target younger, recent college graduates who do not have any prior work experience because the management is very inexperienced themselves. Avoid this company, it’s not worth any of the drama, or hassle of not getting paid!!!
