      tuition reimbursement, i find prepping to be enjoyable enough

      Cons

      very high expectations, you have to work hard and fast or it’s not gonna work. Very strict food safety guidelines ( can’t have nail polish, nose piercings,) very hard to get a raise even if you’ve been there for several years,

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
