      The culture here is super supportive. My manager actually listens, and I’ve got a mentor from another team who’s been awesome. The hybrid schedule is a lifesaver, and summer hours are a nice bonus. Benefits are solid too.

      Cons

      Things move fast. Projects can be a bit intense, and lately, clients have been a little extra with demands.

      I'm learning so much every day. Although the work is fast paced (retail and restaurant work always is), there is always a good feeling you are doing something important and it is noticed.
