      The ownership is a husband and wife with marital issues. The husband tries, just isn't very intelligent, constant arguments and awkward situations. The wife is very careless and uses everyone that walks in the door - when they are done, they will terminate you without cause.

      Pros

      Pay, benefits, work from home, people. All great. No micromanagement or toxic environments. You can bring your problems up and they will help you resolve them. Traveling is a bonus if you accept those projects. It’s very team oriented, asking questions is encouraged.

      Cons

      Sometimes you’re working over your 40hrs a week, but I enjoy what I do.
