      Pros

      There aren't any. The pay is decent - especially for Durango, but nothing can outweigh the negatives.

      Cons

      The owner and CEO is clueless, an energy vampire and not bright. Draconian work environment. There is an immature organizational focus on irrelevant and mundane rules vs a results based environment. There are honestly too many to list.

      Pros

      The warehouse hours are great, company lunches often includes gifts and games, everyone I work with iis great, upper management and the owner are all good people and hard working.

      Cons

      Busy times of the year can get crazy and on occasion feel chaotic.

      Pros

      Easy job for me. Loved the autonomy I had to be as creative as I wanted to be. The owner was great. Decent pay for the work i was doing and the benefits were good too.

      Cons

      No where for me to move up at that time.
