Pros
You get to help the underserved
Cons
This is a top heavy organization where everything is mandated from one or two peoples at the top. CEO Peter Ng, though charismatic is all about growth at all costs and his own legacy at the expense of quality. Mr Ng has no experience in the Medical world yet he and his manager, dictate details about the Medical Practice. Decisions are made by him and patients health are not considered. Patients are hurt and it is ignored. Providers are aware of the mistakes but nothing we can do. Pay is low and work demands are high. The expectations are unrealistic of the front desk staff all the way to the providers. Providers just keep quiet and do their best but there are lots of errors due to complex patients and limited time given to take care of them. Many of other staff are brought in under one title and then are moved around right and left to do other things. It is a chaos organization and though they are growing they don't care about the staff. Pay is way below what it should be and raises are random and not based on any formula. if someone likes you, you get a raise. Reviews are not based on facts but feelings and assumptions.
