Pros
They hand out quite a lot of work, the hours aren't too long, you can choose your availability.
Cons
You have to email a timesheet after every shift that needs to be signed by the manager where you're working, otherwise you won't get paid on time, since it's agency work, you don't get commission but the people that are working with you in the shop get to earn commission off the work you do, lastly, there isn't a guarantee of shifts.
