Pros

Team: awesome, really lovely people to work with, lots of laughs. Lifelong friends to be made here. The team strength may be due to the fact the boss (and his wife) are tyrants and we had to stick together.

Cons

Owner/boss Chris is a real piece of work. Will constantly imply your job is under threat, and won't fire you but FORCES YOU TO RESIGN knowing full well you won't get unemployment if you quit your job. Picks favourites and alienates until someone cracks, gets angry if people cry, asks sexually inappropriate questions of staff members (including asking them to pose in lingerie for website photos). High turn over of staff, we're talking 100 per year, in a team of 10? Not a great look. Bad people and terrible employers. I could go on for days with more specific examples from myself and coworkers, and truly regret not assembling a class action lawsuit with Fair Work.

Pros

The people working at the company are very supportive and friendly. Strong bonds are created from working here - my colleagues were supportive and there was a lot of cross-sharing and cross-training.

Cons

The CEO is a bully and threatens you with your job when he is in a bad mood (sometimes it doesn't involve your performance). There is a constant fear of being fired at any time (as the turnover rate is very high). They don't train you well and yet expect you to perform well at your job. When you don't perform, you're fired. The turnover rate is extremely high - more than 100 employees have came and left in a span of a few years. You are also expected to work overtime (without pay) otherwise you don't appear to be committed to the company.
