Pros
- Token allocation per employee, dependent on your position and time you've been in the company. - Plenty of Events and you really need them for alcohol you need with the cons of this company. - Once or twice a year bonus for everyone of 1,500 Euro per employee (I am not sure regards contractors) - Colleagues are fun, and easy to drink with them - Broken equipment they will repair it and replace you with temporary one until it is fixed, the cost it is on them. - Clean offices - Location of the company it is good, as you've many places where you can get lunch, drinks after work. Although there is a lot more companies in the area that willing to provide you better.

If a test fail, disable, push and move on, then they wonder why they have a critical bug for. - Multiple distribution of teams, each one breaks each other features, leads to confusion, mess. - Lack of appreciation for stabilizing the codebase, with management taking credit for your hard work. - Long-term exhaustion and burnout, leading to the need for a long-term vacation and potentially psychiatric help to recover. - Working with this company can make it difficult to work with anyone else after leaving. - Remote work in other country during your travel, needs to be approved, good luck with that. - If a manager disrespect you and you speak with the management about it, you will end up in trouble later, perhaps they will consider of lay you off. - We were forced to be at work on Saturdays due to how bad management of the company is - Token allocation you will only get after 6 months, while possibly you will get peanuts. - If you gonna go for allocation, than find another job that gives much better equity, that you've agreed on from the start not while in the company and after 6 months you get surprised.
