8yThe clients who are residing on the CRH campus are under protective custody. This is not a locked down facility. Safety is one of the primary concerns for the clients. When staff are attempting to persuade clients to be safe and stay on campus, it may appear that the client is being kept against their will but the goal of the staff is the safety of the client. CRH wants to provide the clients the best care and that includes providing them with things they have the rights to and the kinds of things that clients deserve.
