Pros

Feeling good about helping children. Good health benefits at the time. Lots of overtime available.

Cons

Anybody above lowest level employees treats children like prisoners. Pay is abysmally low for the work put in.

The clients who are residing on the CRH campus are under protective custody. This is not a locked down facility. Safety is one of the primary concerns for the clients. When staff are attempting to persuade clients to be safe and stay on campus, it may appear that the client is being kept against their will but the goal of the staff is the safety of the client. CRH wants to provide the clients the best care and that includes providing them with things they have the rights to and the kinds of things that clients deserve.

Pros

Gaining Experience Great relationship with some of the fellow staff

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about the youth, they are literally just dollar signs to them. They play favorites with staff and upper management starts a lot of drama between the supervisors below them, watching and giggling like it's a game. It's like high school, groups click together and management will ice you as soon as you don't agree with their unethical antics.
