Pros
Building relationships with families and children, beautiful and clean building, 50% tuition discount for management and lead teachers (although still extremely expensive and much higher than industry standard).
Cons
Extremely dramatic and emotional management. Felt like high school. Vacation only available after 1 year of service, and can not be used in January or August. Medical benefits are outrageous - over $400 for an employee and 1 child.
