Pros
The work is easy to stay on top of, expected to only work 40 hours a week, making a difference in people's lives everyday, tons of days off each year. You must go with the flow and understand your manager knows more about their services than you do. When you start, especially if you are a contractor and not as an employee, ask questions and learn fully about the way pay works. You will get paid for time worked, but like everything you will only get out what you get in. Contractors are only paid for work completed.
Cons
You must have patience at times when getting your questions answered.
