This is a fantastic place to work. The campers are some of the most incredible people you will ever meet. Truly the happiest place on Earth.

The pay is low, but this is one of the few cases where being paid in experience is actually worth it. The hours are round-the-clock, and some positions technically only get a one-hour break per day. There is a sort of toxic culture amongst the staff in that by putting the campers first, the counselors second, and the staff third, you tend to neglect yourself to the point of exhaustion and sickness.
