Pros
The owner and manager are wonderful ladies. You are working retail in a consignment store, which means that you will occasionally come across a fairly rude customer, but the manager will always have your back! The children are adorable, you come across some really fun clothes and toys (nostalgia!), and the pay isn't too bad.
Cons
Hours can be minimal at times, and sometimes they can get miscalculated - so keep track! There's also December, which the manager will take off. Sometimes you will be alone in the store during this month, which causes customers to be quite unhappy when you are unable to consign (only the owner & manager can take clothes and toys). Truly, the biggest con is the sporadic appearance of rude customers.
