Interacting with children and seeing the impact you make on their development is amazing. Great staff! Enjoyed working with my team. We connected well. Child inc paid for certifications.

Pay! A lot of reporting requirements and formats. There was not a lot of support from a management, especially with children who had challenging behavior. Turn over is a major issue and makes it hard for the lead when there are floaters in the classroom everyday. The children act out and make it challenging to manage the classroom.

Great co workers, awesome parents, super low ratios, great hours, pretty decent benefits.

Management. Management. Management. Never listens to employees. HR is a joke. They want you to do so much for such little pay. Always allowing upper management to get away with treating lower employees like they don’t matter.
