Pros

Generous PTO, long term, dedicated employees at the centers.

Cons

Company steuggles in communication from the top down. Once you apply for a job, you will need to physically go up to the office to see if they have even received your application. It will sit for weeks. They hired new executives in HR and one would expect for improvements in HR and company culture to start improving, but haven't seen any initiatives trickle out of that office. The number of chiefs and directors have tripled in the past year, yet they are "out of funding" for lower employees who have put in 20 plus years with CCA. Each department is divided and points and at the other one and says it's not my job. I don't think executive management can tell you the name of one child out of the thousands that participate in the program. Practice your mission from the top and maybe it can change.
