      Pay tiers are competitive. Ample time off and benefits. The work can be meaningful depending on your team.

      Cons

      Leadership is nonexistent and or micromanagers. Recent changes to the organization have left no clear paths for professional growth or advancement. There is no HR department or team. Leadership is uninterested in the well-being of staff. DEI efforts do not exist.
