Run don’t walk - Anonymous employee Chicory Employee Review

This company is wild. They run their business based off some book that tells them they should be holding weekly all company win meetings where every single person goes around and says multiple wins and people clap while they’re on mute. That was my first red flag. Huge waste of time. They change direction every month or so and their employees are constantly trying to pivot to keep up. The way they communicate big changes is by barely communicating them. They hired a bunch of new people in 2024 and then laid a majority of them off a few months later including a woman on maternity leave which I didn’t even know was legal. Their offering is really boring and they refuse to test out anything new. This company is a very odd place to work.
