Cons
Everyone has a horror story about HR. Weather it be the ridiculous behavior throughout the hiring process (I.E. not explicitly stating you were 12 years old and were not old enough to hold a job instead of leaving a section of their requested job history blank. They will revoke your offer, even after providing a start date for that.) They always need people, they are always hiring, but HR will not hesitate to fire you if you visit them with real concerns about management, or harassment from a colleague.
