Pros

What seems like pros end up being negatives. There were some great people there but they are dropping like flies.

Cons

1. The insurance they offer the employee is great until they don't pay the premiums and you get billed from where you were seen because your insurance had"lapsed" 2. Doesn't have patients best interest in mind 3. All about making money 4. CEO is like no other and that's not in the good sense. Changes his mind minute to minute. Tells you to do one thing then an hour later tells you to do something different altogether. 5. The salary is great... Until you realize you just sold your soul to get it. 6. Staff turn over is the worst I have seen anywhere, and I've been in healthcare a long time. If they don't quit, you get fired- for literally no reason. His unemployment payout is outrageous because there's no grounds for termination. 7. You are the best employee EVER until you disagree with the CEO or are let go or leave. Then you knew nothing and screwed up everything. 8. The problem with this place is that its always someone else's fault and never the fault of the person who truly is at fault.

Pros

The money - **Little to my knowledge, this was because they took FOREVER to actually find someone actually willing to take the job.

Cons

The turnover of employees. During my time there, they seemed to fire/let go someone almost every week. They would fire people and then realize the actual importance of that person's job, only then to move other people around from other departments to fill in that person's job. If that person wouldn't comply with being moved to the new job function, they also would be let go immediately. While I was only there for a short time, it was hands-down the most chaotic work environment I have ever worked in. My advice to a future, would-be employee is to negotiate the hell out of your salary, which is what I did! Most likely they have been looking for months to fill the position, and they are desperate for anyone.
