Friendly students, incompetent administration - Teacher Chiang Rai International School Employee Review

Good food. Students are lovely.

I am sure the review below is from the head of school himself. The owner has no background in education and is a “pastor” without any qualifications. The Christian ethos in this school is lacking due to highly unprofessional leadership. Zero to no PD. Teachers broke contracts because there are reasons within the school that cause teachers to leave. Head of school also hired many teachers weird predatory and problematic behaviors in their previous jobs because literally no one wants to work for this school.

Great location. Lovely students. Good pay for the cost of living in Chiang Rai. Chiang Rai is a beautiful province.

Unfortunately, teachers who have left the school were very unprofessional, and did not have the students' best interest in mind by breaking contracts. The school is moving forward with some new staff more positive staff. Teachers who have left have often
