They are a company promoted for change!

The only thing is they could have been organized when setting up events

Chhaya offers some very meaningful services to the community. Most staff they hire are passionate about the work and eager to improve the organization. Staff culture is very supportive and friendly

Any person that has to report directly to ED is limited in their ability to make decisions, have power, or realize the full extent of their role because ED is overbearing and controlling. This trickles down to programs, creates a very weak executive team, and ultimate stunts any growth or potential that Chhaya has. Turnover is too high, some positions stay vacant for too long, and the process by which some people are hired is questionable (hiring process doesn't seem fair to the candidates).
