Ok pay, solid benefits, 401k, pension, and great people Relatively young company (22yrs) but a lot of potential Profit to headcount is very good as this is a lean company No layoffs Fast growing company
Cons
Compensation - have to figure out a way to pay you high performers. You cant pay everyone the same across the board. Some are better than others, some have advanced degrees, some are more knowledgable. PAY THEM you will get ROI! Initiative overload! DE&I and ICare come off as window treatment instead of an actual culture the company lives by. People can tell what is genuine and what is not. Many are burned out (Lean structure). Inexperienced management. This idea that you dont have to know the job to manage the people in the group is absolutely ridiculous. Lack of training for technical roles.
