Not much to say here.

Cons

Although this company consider itself as an MNC but listen carefully what happened. During the shifting to the new premises, they guys shifted although there was no facilities for the employees. For couple of months I worked in worst condition. Building was full of dust, noise and no AC. Even company got shifted in new premises without arrangement of TOILETS. Management is very cheap. They must have thought about basic facilities for the employees before shifting there. And to claim insurance amount they set old premises afire.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect.
