Pros

Great learning platform in terms of Technologies, roles and responsibilities. I like the challenges in the life in terms of my career and all over grooming and that is what Chetu has provided me all around the corner. This has been more than 5 years working with Chetu and day by day I could see the growth in all terms whether it is the team size, company events or any marketing, employees satisfaction growth. Nobody expands without a dedication, positive attitudes, customer orientation & satisfaction and culture of the company and Chetu has all the above values. I do not see any negative while working here apart from one that I am going to mention in next section. I can confidently say that people working here are 100% perfectionist since Chetu shapes them in that way. I wish it keeps expanding with a great value.

Cons

The only thing company must focus on is the LEAVE plan for employees. There should be more relaxation.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
