Always being available gets you more jobs. Sometimes you get to work at the shop to keep money coming. The people and culture of the company is very welcoming.
Cons
I've seen them lie to employee whistle blowers with reassurance and then never call them back for work. Sometimes work is so slow that you will be out for months. Wouldn't recommend relying on this company. Some old school workers practice pretty unsafe work habits and enforce them. Old school supervisors tend to treat workers with disrespect.
