Pros

Management truly appreciates the workers and shows this appreciation consistently throughout the year. I have received more gifts this year than in the past 5 years at other companies. At Chesapeake leaders trust their employees and empower them to make decisions instead of micromanaging them. The Company's flexibility in returning to the workplace post COVID-19 has been exceptional as senior leadership has empowered each department to determine what work environment works best for the team. The Company is growing quickly and with that comes opportunities for growth for those so inclined.

Cons

The medical benefits not as good as other places. 90 day wait to enroll in the 401k program. No discount on Company Stock Purchase Some outdated computer applications, which is common in the utility industry.
