Pros

Free health insurance for bank employees

Cons

Tha bank’s culture isn’t inclusive of minorities. Everyone on the team I was a part of were huge Trump supporters and did not welcome different political views. The environment is also quite cliquish. It’s difficult for outsiders to fit in. Management is quite vocal and critical of mistakes made by newcomers. If a mistake is made, management will announce it in a morning huddle instead of on a one-on-one. It’s a scare tactic used to embarrass team members. In addition to this, the benefits are not great. Health insurance premiums are quite high for family members compared with larger banks. If you have worked at any other major bank, you will probably not enjoy your time here.

Pros

Good PTO & decent health insurance costs if you don't have a family; a lot of good people who really care about their jobs and the company. Movement/advancement within the company seems pretty good for a lot of roles.

Cons

Poor pay, certain members of upper management are toxic bullies and barely competent in their positions but nothing seems to be done about it; penny-pinching to an extent where the repercussions end up costing even more money.
