      Pros

      It was a wedge into government contract work, especially the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

      Cons

      Management immediately stereotyped employees, making it almost impossible for upward mobility. For upward mobility, I had to leave the company, resulting in an immediate $25,000 per year salary increase.

      Pros

      My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn’t join sooner 😊.
