      None as I can see

      Cons

      This place is literally not ready for the volume of work needed to successfully operate this business. It is sad that they are so misguided from the CEO down to the security. Majority if not all of the people working in Payroll, Credentialing, Billing, and IT are not trained for their jobs. They don't have qualifying experience to have the titles or pay. This company is not a place to grow or gain meaningful experience. The have fooled the healthcare arena but they have not fooled me. If you're looking for a place to work with stability, job quality, ethics, and potential growth...this place is not for you.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
