Still trying to determine what, if any, they are

Cons

Controlled heavily by the family, and they have no real clue on decision making for that magnitude of an organization. Their approach is "mom and pop shop", yet they are convinced they are corporate professionals. They hire individuals without the proper credentials or knowledge of the industry. Blind leading the blind. Unstable environment. Unrealistic expectations. High stress. Hire/fire mentality. Pretending they truly care for the patients when it's all about the money.

Pros

Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

Cons

Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
