Pros

1 hour lunch break, free lunch 1 day per week, competitive pay.

Cons

You are sold on a great model to keep patients out of the hospital, but are expected to give your patients your cell number and must be available 24/7 even if not on call. Providers are let go frequently and there is a high turn over. Expected to see 22-24 patients per day plus walk ins. Patients can walk into their appt late and you must see them. Provider to patient Face time is timed. Your patient hospital sick days must be low or you get places on a performance improvement plan. You must see all of your patients every 4 weeks. Very stressful job, even senior staff has quit.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
