      Pros

      Patient oriented. Clean and safe environment to work in. Management always listens to your suggestions and are willing to discuss different opportunities. They have a short term and long term goal that seems reachable if given the right guidance.

      Cons

      Not always looking out for their employees in the actual centers. Too many work too hard and do not see the rewards. Are starting to lose sight of their patient promise.

      Pros

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
