Pros
Honestly there are none I can think of.
Cons
Signed for a full-time job, but almost always worked 4-5 hour work days. After a single sampling job there wasn't anything left to do but organize inventory or dump lab chemicals down the drain - which was completely unethical. They allowed 20 minutes maximum for lunch and required us to clock out - as if eating wasn't a human right and not necessary for us to work. Manager was incredibly rude during the interview process, claiming that once I accepted the second interview meant accepting the job automatically. Basically forcing me to accept the job. Was also very rude and condescending when I put in my 2 weeks. When I left the company, they claimed they had the right to take away my OSHA certification so that I couldn't use it at other companies. I was still arguing with them about this issue a week after I had already left the company.
