Blatant favouritism - Retail Assistant Chemist Warehouse Employee Review

- Management had shown blatant favoritism of certain staff memebers - Management hired and gave most promotions and opportunity to staff that were either friends or family. At least 2 staff members that had complaints made against them by multiple other staff members were rewarded with a store relocation and promotions - Management showed a dislike for staff that had been injured at work, - Communication between management and the other staff members was appalling - Myself and other staff members were not comfortable going to management with personal and work related issues
